It’s a feeling that makes a person want to be alone without anyone to talk to. Most people who have had a problem with something going wrong or losing a friend will go to someone they trust to talk about the situation. Someone who has depression won’t want to talk to anyone about the troubles in their life. It seems like rain everyday with occasional glimpses of sun. It’s almost a backward feeling that most people feel.
The symptoms of anxiety attack are easy to see if the person knows what to look for. If a person feels like they shouldn’t intervene for a friend or family member, just know that doing nothing will only make matters worse. Take the time to talk to the person and always look for signs of depression which could lead to death if not treated. In the long run, many people can become better with the right medications and some talking and listening.
